WCAX has revealed that Elton will play his first concert ever in Vermont this summer.


On July 21, the singer and his band plan a show for the fairgrounds in Essex Junction. Tickets go on sale May 2, and it is believed over 10,000 fans will set out the Expo.


Last night, Elton and his group played for an audience of almost 9,000.


The show, at Gainesville, Florida's Stephen O'Connell Center, included fresh interpretations of Rocket Man and Take Me to The Pilot.
