Today Decca Records is making available a single release of If It Wasn't For Bad via iTunes and other digital retailers.
The highly anticipated country-tinged single is the first to be made available from The Union, Elton's collaboration with Leon Russell.
The disc is to be released October 19 in the U.S.on Decca and October 25 in Great Britain. on Mercury Records.
The album marks the first time the two men have worked together since 1970.
The producer is T-Bone Burnett, an Oscar and Grammy winner.
