Rock in Rio is a series of rock festivals held in Brazil and later in Portugal and Spain.
In 2004, '06, '08 and 2010, four incarnations of the event were held in Lisbon. Another is to to take place in May, with names like Elton and Leona Lewis gracing the stage on the 22nd.
Then on May 28, Elton is to play the Jelling Music Festival.
While he has played several concerts in Denmark, this is the first time he is to appear at a Danish festival.
Elton is to come in with a private jet, which will land in Billund.
