*EXCLUSIVE ACCESS, PREMIUM RATES APPLY* Singer Miley Cyrus and musician Elton John attend the 18th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar party held at Pacific Design Center on March 7, 2010 in West Hollywood, California.

The young performer was one of the many stars who attended the EJAF fund-raiser. Others included Serena Williams, Simon Cowell, Slash, Tim Allen, Gina GershonAlan Cumming, Josh Groban and Joaquin Phoenix.

$3.7 million was raised for the AIDS charity, thanks in large part to the auction. The items included the costume that the host wore during his performance with Lady Gaga at the latest Grammy Awards. Guests also had the chance to bid on a watch from the Elton John Watch Collection, designed by Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele. The dazzling limited timepiece was sold for $90K.

Other popular lots included a photograph by Robert Mapplethorpe of the evening's guest performer--called Grace Jones, 1984. This sold for $85K, while the chance for ten people to spend a week at Elton's Nice or Windsor home and enjoy dishes prepared by the singer's chef attracted $140K.

Elton, who found time to stop in at Vanity Fair's bash, spoke about how important his guests' comfort is. He also admitted having to turn away quite a few people, which he hates to do, but ''there's not enough room.''
