The East Room performance will include Ailey dancers as well as members of the Washington Ballet and the New York City Ballet, plus one of the Billys from Broadway's Billy Elliot musical, Dayton Tavares.
The White House event will also include a 90-minute afternoon workshop, led by the invited dance companies for students from around the country, who will also be guests at the performance. Those participating in the 3 p.m. workshop include Jacob Clemente, Alex Ko and Liam Redhead from Billy Elliot.
