Sir Alan Sugar is selling his Bentley, a silver grey 1956 S1 Continental Sports Saloon.
The vehicle, which was previously purchased by the Rocket Man in 1976, was brought by the Amstrad founder 25 years later, at the Sir Elton John Collection Sale.
Before Eltons ownership, the car belonged to an English colonel who in the late 50s shipped it out to Africa for a tour of the Gambia.
Elton, who installed power steering, a new stereo system and air conditioning, has described the automobile as the "most beautiful-looking car that's ever been designed."
The sale will feature around 80 cars, including the world's oldest Rolls-Royce, which is expected to break auction records by fetching up to £2 million.
The auto is up for grabs at a Bonhams sale on December 3, at Olympia, London, with a guide price is £70,000 to £100,000.
