Johnnie Walker is hitting the road with his brand new production Musical Milestones, that tells the story of his life and times in radio, and the music (including Elton's) that has influenced him from the 1960s to the present day.
The veteran disc jockey and broadcaster started his radio career in 1966 on an offshore pirate radio station Swinging Radio England before moving to Radio Caroline. In 1969 he joined BBC Radio, and has been a familiar voice on Radio 1 and 2 ever since.
Johnnie now presents Sound Of The Seventies and In Concert on BBC Radio.
Among the venues hosting his Milestones show will be Bristol's Colston Hall.
It's at 7:30 p.m. on May 4.
