After eight years, Elton and his band return to DC’s Verizon Center on Thursday, Nov. 14.
It's part of a 13-city tour featuring iconic hits and classic album tracks from throughout the musician's incredible five-decade career, as well as a selection of new songs from his upcoming Diving Board album.
“Sir Elton, the iconic performer, makes his triumphant return to DC’s Verizon Center. Another incredible evening of hits not to be missed. This will be the musical event of the season for the Washington area,” says David Touhey, general manager of Verizon Center.
Tickets, costing $39, $89 and $169, go on sale to the public Friday, September 20, at 10 a.m.
They will be available online at Ticketmaster.com, in person at Verizon Center Box Office or through charge-by-phone at (800) 745-3000. A service charge is added to each ticket. There is an eight ticket limit per customer.
