Tickets for Elton's first-ever Walsall show will be sold directly from the local venue due to high demand, bosses have announced.
The Rocket Man will be shooting into the borough to perform at Walsall FC's Banks's Stadium on June 13 as part of his European tour.
It will be the first outdoor performance at the home of the Saddlers in more than two decades.
Tickets went on sale online back in November, but bosses say that due to "increased local demand," the stadium will now sell tickets directly from their ticket office. They will go on sale on Monday, May 11, from 9 a.m.
It comes as commemorative tickets are also being produced for the event.
Stefan Gamble, chief executive of Walsall FC, said: "I am delighted to announce that Banks's Stadium as a venue will now be able to sell Elton John tickets directly.
"Local demand has been such that we have taken the decision, along with the promoter, to offer a direct ticket outlet to the public."
Laura Yates, manager of the Banks's Stadium ticket office, added: "We are prepared for the rush for the Elton John tickets, having recently sold over almost 29,000 tickets directly to our fans going to Wembley.
"To be able to sell the full range of stand tickets and hospitality packages to see superstar Sir Elton is tremendously exciting."
